Omeath Tidy Towns Project — Pride in the Community

The Project

Gardening Services Dundalk was proud to work alongside the Omeath Tidy Towns committee on a community improvement project in the village. The committee identified several areas in Omeath that needed attention — overgrown public spaces, untidy verges, and areas that weren’t showing the village in its best light. They got in touch with Seamus and Pete to help bring things up to standard.

What We Did

Seamus and Pete worked closely with the Tidy Towns committee to prioritise the areas that needed the most attention. Public green spaces were cleared, trimmed, and tidied. Overgrown areas were cut back, waste was removed, and everything was left neat and presentable. The team brought their full range of equipment and experience to bear, treating the community spaces with the same care and attention they give to private gardens.

The Result

The village looked fantastic when the work was done. Clean, tidy public spaces that the whole community could be proud of. The Tidy Towns committee were delighted with the result, and it’s always a pleasure to give something back to the local area.
